We're getting hitched! Tying the knot! Saying "I do"! :)
Here, you will find some info that is important, some info
that is just fun, and maybe some updates here and there of how the planning
process is going.
We're so excited for you to share in our special day with us! Each one of you will add to our enjoyment and memories.
When we were discussing how we wanted our wedding to be, we both knew that we wanted something slightly different, personal, and fun. There will be a mix of traditional and not at all traditional elements. We want our guests to feel comfortable and come ready to have a good time! It's a summer outdoor wedding, taking place on a ranch. We're prettying up the barn a little bit and holding everything in that building. We're eating family picnic style. So ladies, I would discourage spiky heels. And gentlemen, do not feel the need to wear a suit. You'll only be hot and not even the groom is wearing one. We want everyone to come to have fun and consider yourselves part of our family :).

Here are some of the key words we held in mind while deciding what we wanted our wedding to become.
Casual: being without ceremony or formality; relaxed
Eclectic: composed of elements dawn from various sources
Rustic: suitable for the country
Unique: distinctly characteristic
Vintage: old, encouraging interest, quality, dating from the past
Whimsical: resulting from things characterized by whim or caprice; lightly fanciful
